2004-2007 HIV Care & Prevention Comprehensive Plan

The New Hampshire (NH) Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Care and Prevention Comprehensive Plan is a collaborative effort of the New Hampshire HIV Community Planning Group (NH HIV CPG) in partnership with the Department of Health and Human Services' (DHHS) Division of Public Health Services (DPHS) STD/HIV Section, stakeholders and other HIV care and prevention service providers.

New Hampshire Integrated Epidemiologic Profile for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Care Planning, 2005

The New Hampshire Integrated Epidemiologic Profile for HIV/ AIDS Prevention and Care Planning (IEP) is a collection of data related to the HIV/ AIDS epidemic and HIV prevention and care services in New Hampshire. The development and presentation of the IEP is the first step in combined prevention and care community planning in the state.

The IEP is divided into two sections. The first section examines HIV and AIDS epidemiology in New Hampshire and the second section looks at the Ryan White Care Program.

New Hampshire HIV/AIDS Resource Guide 2006
The New Hampshire AIDS Resource Guide is published periodically by the New Hampshire Division of Public Health Services, Bureau of Disease Control, STD/HIV Program. This guide was recently revised in June 2006 and is designed to be a dynamic, living document.

2005 New Hampshire HIV Prevention and Care Needs Assessment:
Injection Drug Users

The State of New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) STD/HIV Prevention Section and the New Hampshire HIV Community Planning Group (CPG) contracted with Dr. Paglia to conduct a needs assessment focusing on behaviors related to HIV/AIDS for current and recovering injection drug users residing in New Hampshire. One of the primary goals of this needs assessment is to identify risk and preventative behaviors as they relate to HIV prevention and care among current and recovering injection drug users residing in New Hampshire.

The objectives of the needs assessment were determined by one of the NH HIV CPG committees, the Prevention Committee.

2004-2005 New Hampshire HIV Prevention and Care Needs Assessment:
People Living with HIV/AIDS

The State of New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) STD/HIV Prevention Section and the New Hampshire HIV Community Planning Group (CPG) contracted with Dr. Paglia to conduct a needs assessment focusing on the prevention and care needs of people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) residing in New Hampshire. Given that all parties have similar objectives, a collaborative agreement was made with AIDS Housing Corporation (AHC) of Boston. AHC has provided incentive funding and technical assistance in exchange for the shared utilization of data and resources.

The objectives of the needs assessment were determined by one of the NH HIV CPG committees, the Care Services Committee.
